Oh man, I have so many new pieces and rooms to show you. Now here’s hoping I can share them over the next week or two and not take the next year to do so. Ha!

I am so excited to start work on a beautiful home this coming week. Before putting their home on the market the owners debated on whether to address the flooring or allow for a flooring allowance for the new buyers. Now, you know my brain…I am always going to say if able, do the repairs and fixing before! No reason to allow for any wiggle room. Oh don’t you just love this time of year? Everyone seems to have a bit more joy, a little extra generosity, and a touch more grace to those around them. I love it!! Why can’t we act like that all year? It’s funny how those feelings just creep in with the colder weather; December 25th gets closer and we get all giddy.
